Sometimes home buyers are so excited to go out searching for new properties that they forget that they need to be preapproved first. At times, even realtors in their desire to take on a new client, will start showing properties to buyers that are not preapproved. Let’s make sure that everyone’s time is spent wisely by having a buyers get pre-approved with a trusted lender first.
